DOMESTIC SHIPPING
If you are in the Portland Metro area, we offer Postmates door to door delivery.  Fees apply for Postmates delivery so please refer to your Postmates account for all relevant fees.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days pending order confirmation. Please & Thank You will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00pm PST (excluding holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm PST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Processing times may increase due to demand during promotional events and holidays.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We strive to ship to all corners of the globe; however, there might be some areas that we aren’t currently shipping. If you don’t see an option for your area upon check out, please email us at info@theptyshop.com and we get back to you shortly. Please note when shipping International, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. While we do our best to expedite delays, unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot be held responsible when they occur. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information in the instance your package is delayed. Please note that all estimate provided below are not guaranteed and your final costs will be shown on your receipt.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your orders ships, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order and all relevant shipping information. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of completing your order, please email info@theptyshop.com so that we may further assist you.
 
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are in love with your new PTY purchase, but in the instance, something doesn’t work we offer full refunds within 20 days of the shipping date. To be eligible for refunds and returns, all tags must be properly secured, items unused and clean upon receipt back to the Please and Thank You.
We don't currently offer automated returns or prepaid labels; however, we strive to make this process as fast and easy as possible so stay tuned for future updates as we understand life needs to be simple.  Please email info@theptyshop.com to request a return.  We will get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions. 
Any item marked SALE on our website is not eligible for return regardless of size.
In an effort to reduce waste, we encourage you to reuse your original poly bag. If the original bag is unable to be reused, please use a sturdy bag or box to ensure clothing is protected as anything stained or damaged will not be refunded upon receipt. There is a $10.95 restocking fee if you choose use the pre-paid return label provided via email upon request.  
Please note, for all exchange requests, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing an order for the desired item online as we are unable to hold items for exchange.
